Performance Kinetics offers small group swimming lessons for adult beginners. In these lessons we will cover all the skills require to become a proficient swimmer.


Our Aims:

•   Confidence & Comfort

•   Learn to Balance and Float in the Water

•   Learn to Push Off and Glide in the Water

•   Learn to Move using a Leg Kick

•   Learn to Paddle with the Arms

•   Front Crawl Basics

•   Learn to Breathe during Swimming



Each class will include:

•   Warm Up

•   Confidence Building

•   Front Crawl Practice

•   Individual feedback and correction


EVERY TUESDAY AT 7:30PM-8PM @ CHELSEA SPORTS CENTRE
